Déjà Luxe Candle Care
I hope you feel the vibration of the candles giving you all the luxe touches! In our larger containers, we use the crackling wooden wick designed by Wooden Wick Candles. I use 100% all-natural soy wax and a collection of phthalate-free fragrances that are clean scents, sophisticated, and created using high-quality fragrance oils + pure essential oils. We recently started using coconut based wax in some of our collection. All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches and made to order, ensuring you the freshest, most fragrant candle possible! This wax takes two weeks to cure so that you will have the strongest hot throw of your fragrance.
How to take care of your candle: Ensure to trim your wick to 1/8″ in between burns where the wood naturally breaks off to prevent sooting. You can cut the wick by gently pinching the burnt bits off with your fingers when the candle is completely cooled, or better yet, use a wick trimmer. Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hrs. We recommend burning in cycles of 2-3 hours until a complete melt pool is achieved. This maximizes an even candle burn and maximizes the throw of your fragrance.
Reusing the Vessel: We have chosen vessels with the purpose of resting them. When the candle is gone, it can be cleaned using warm soapy water and bit alcohol. Once clean, it is ready to use in your kitchen, bath, bedroom, or office; if you are local, call for a refill or replacement.

What kind of wax is in are Dèjá Luxe candles?
All of our candles are made with natural soy wax.
How often do you release new scents?
As of now, there are no set dates for new scent releases. The best way to know about new scents is to follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
How long does it take for orders to process?
Orders are usually processed within 72 hours. However, we ask that you give us 5-7 business days during high volume times such as holidays. Note: We are a small business therefore we are currently wearing many hats.
Why does the price vary on some scents?
Our essential oils are of the highest quality so we pay high dollar for these scents and we calculate the price of the scents in our production of the product. We try to keep it low but with some scents that is not always possible. Our goal is to bless you with the scent you desire at what is a reasonable price.
Are Dèjá Luxe candles natural?
While our candles are made with natural soy wax, our scents are essential oils and fragrance oils. We do not mix the fragrance oils with the essential oils as we choose to keep them separate. Some of our candles are pure essential oil and some fragrance oils. We only use phthalate-free fragrance oils, which are safer and healthier than traditional fragrance oils.
I received my order, and one (or more) of my candles is broken.
What do I do?
If you find that one of your candles is broken upon receipt, please contact us via email as soon as possible. You will be asked to provide pictures of your damaged candle(s). Once received, a replacement can be sent at no cost to you.
Is custom order available?
Yes, Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis, and the minimum quantity for a custom order is 25 candles with a minimum of 3 scents. Contact me via email with any questions.
